Use the calculator at the bottom of this page to produce a redundancy estimate and statement for employees who are or might be made redundant with two or more years' continuous service.

Note to managers

For employees paying into the LGPS pension scheme prior to the issuing of redundancy notice you are required to complete form ESTFORM 1 in respect of any employee aged 55 or over at the date of termination and send to the pensions section in order to receive an estimate of pension costs. The form RED 3 must then be completed with the estimate of pensions costs for approval.
